Carr’s Landing

Carr’s Landing retains a harmonious community along the eastern slopes of Okanagan Lake. Starting at Okanagan Centre Road, Carr’s Landing stretches as far as the northern boundary of Lake Country. Christian Valley/Westbridge

Christian Valley is a rural community with beautiful farms and outlying ranches. Being a one hour drive from Kelowna, this is the perfect place to get away from the hustles and bustles of a busy world. The Kettle River flows north south of the community and Rock Creek is located south of it. There is a general store, pub, gas station, country hardware store within walking distance. Other amenities can also be found in close proximity. One of the best fall fairs in Canada takes place at the local fairgrounds alongside the Kettle River. Surrounded by rivers and mountains, Christian Valley is a beautiful place to live peaceful life.

Glenrosa is a neighborhood with a rural touch located in West Kelowna. Glenrosa occupies the south west of downtown Westbank and runs through the Glenrosa Valley. Joe Rich

Only a 20 minutes drive away from Kelowna, Joe Rich is a community fenced in between hills and forests. Joe Rich’s landscapes showcase astounding views of Kelowna and its surroundings. Located to the east of Kelowna, the neighborhood expands from east of Goudie Road to north of Mission Creek.  Being close to Rutland, Joe Rich residents can find necessary amenities along Highway 33 and Highway 97. Lake Country

Oyama is a Lake County neighborhood situated between Kalamalka Lake and Wood Lake.
